Suggested use: For adults only. Take two (2) capsules a day with food. Do not take this supplement within one hour of taking medications. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Liver advisory: Contains Fo-Ti (Polygonum multiflorum), which has been associated with rare cases of liver injury. Do not use if you have, or have had, liver problems. Stop use and see a doctor if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual tiredness or abdominal pain.
