Delivery

Where we ship. Alhena currently ships within the contiguous United States only — not to AK, HI, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How it ships. Orders are picked and dispatched from our US fulfilment center, typically within 2–5 business days, then delivered by a domestic carrier. Door to door, expect 4–9 business days. Because we ship domestically, there are no customs charges or import fees for US customers.

Rates. Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold, nothing to calculate at checkout.

FAQ

How do I take each product? Suggested use is printed on every product page and on the label. As a general rule: collagen strips — one strip on the tongue daily; capsules and gummies — two a day; collagen peptides — one scoop in your drink of choice.

Will there be a certificate for my batch? That is the intention, and it is not live yet. Batch certificates go up before the first order ships — we would rather tell you it's coming than print a promise the page can't keep.

Can I cancel or change my order? Email us as soon as possible at hello@alhenabeauty.com and we'll help before it dispatches.

Are these suitable during pregnancy or with medication? If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking medication, please consult your healthcare professional before use.
