Where we ship. Alhena currently ships within the United States only.

How it ships. Orders are picked and dispatched from our US fulfilment center, typically within 2–5 business days, then delivered by a domestic carrier. Because we ship domestically, there are no customs charges or import fees for US customers.

Rates. Standard shipping is $6.99 — free on orders over $75.

FAQ

How do I take each product? Suggested use is printed on every product page and on the label. As a general rule: melt — one strip on the tongue daily; capsules and gummies — two a day; collagen — one scoop in your drink of choice.

Are your products third-party tested? Yes — every batch is made in GMP-standard facilities and third-party tested.

Can I cancel or change my order? Email us as soon as possible at hello@alhenabeauty.com and we'll help before it dispatches.

Are these suitable during pregnancy or with medication? If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking medication, please consult your healthcare professional before use.
