Returns & Refunds

Our promise. If alhena isn't right for you, we'll make it right — we stand behind every product.

Not for you? Email us at returns@alhenabeauty.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund, no fuss. Please include your order number.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How refunds work. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

A note on supplements. For safety and hygiene we can't resell opened products — but our satisfaction promise above still applies: if you're unhappy, reach out and we'll take care of you.

Cancellations & changes. Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible and we'll help before your order dispatches (usually within a few hours of ordering).
